MOTHERS

I wish I had a picture to post along with this but I don't. However, I did feel it important to say a few things.First and foremost, I have an amazing mom! I have been extremely fortunate to have her ever present in my life. My mom has sacrificed so much throughout her life for her children. Whether it be sleep, sanity, luxuries or basic needs, my mom was always willing to go without if she thought it would help her children.I have so many happy childhood memories because of my mom. She always made every holdiay, no matter how small, special in her own way. She never let me down when I needed to take homemade treats to school, a fancy homemade Halloween costume, a special outfit/dress, a unique gift for a teacher, etc. I can't even begin to count the many nights I went to bed while she stayed up all night to finish whatever it was that I needed. I always awoke in the morning to find her work complete and extravagant. My mom is so talented! Nothing is ever mediocre if she has a hand in it. Her creativity is endless. She is an amazinig cook, seamstress, and artist. The only weakness she has is she doesn't trully acknowledge her own talents.I feel very blessed to be able to consider my mom one of my best friends and confidants. Not only is my mother amazing for who she is but also for all that she has given me.
